A community for everyday growth
Come home to
your own wisdom.
House of Wisdom is a community of people supporting each other to become better everyday. New tools, techniques, and frameworks for everyday life — simple hacks, shared practices, and small steps that add up.

The work begins in stillness — and stillness is a practice, not a mood.
The three floors of the house
Everything here is built in this order.
Self-Care
Return to the body first. Nervous-system regulation, rest, and energy hygiene as the ground floor of every change that lasts.
Self-Development
Name the patterns running the show. Boundaries, beliefs, and the practical rebuilding of a life that actually fits you.
Self-Mastery
Live from choice, not reaction. Steady presence, clear decisions, and the quiet authority of someone at home in themselves.

Founder of House of Wisdom
Angelica Umali
Founder · Life Mentor · Energy Medicine Facilitator
Angelica Umali spent 18 years in the corporate world with a multinational company — targets, titles, and the quiet cost of holding it all together. She lived as an expatriate in Thailand, Switzerland, and Dubai before coming back to the Philippines. From the outside it worked. On the inside, her body was keeping a longer record than her calendar was.
Leaving corporate was not an escape; it was a correction. She turned toward the work she had been circling for years, training as an energy medicine facilitator and building a mentorship practice for people carrying more than they admit.
Today Angelica guides every client in the house personally — through self-care, self-development and self-mastery — pairing grounded, practical mentorship with energy work that tends what talking alone cannot reach. She founded House of Wisdom so that work could live somewhere.
“You were never broken. You were only far from yourself.”
